Everything began in Sitto Nawal's kitchen — the same pots, the same handwritten recipes. In 2015 we opened our doors on Gouraud Street, and the kitchen still cooks her way.
The kibbeh is pounded, never blended. The hummus is peeled chickpea by chickpea. And no plate leaves the kitchen unless it would pass Sitto's taste.
