Privacy Policy

Mawjood builds one-page websites for small businesses in Lebanon. This policy explains what we do — and mostly do not do — with information, across three separate things: our website, our Facebook app, and the work we do for clients.

1. Our website (mawjood.website)

The site is a set of static pages. There are no accounts, no sign-up, no contact forms, no analytics and no advertising or tracking pixels. We do not set cookies of our own.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs — IP address, time, page requested, browser type — for security and reliability. We do not use these to identify or profile anyone.
Buttons on the site open WhatsApp, Facebook and Google Maps. Once you leave, those companies' own privacy policies apply.
Our demo pages embed a Google Maps frame, which may set cookies from Google when it loads.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of serving them.

2. The "Mawjood Manager" Facebook app

This app exists for one purpose: so that we can publish and manage posts on our own Facebook Page. It is not offered to anyone else and has no login for the public.

It does not collect, request, store or process data about visitors, followers, commenters, or any person other than the Page's own administrator.
It reads and writes only our Page's content — posts, photos, and the Page's own profile.
The access token it uses is stored privately by us and never shared.

3. Client information

When a business hires us, we collect only what is needed to build their website:

Business name, address, phone number, opening hours, services and prices
Photos and text the client sends us

This normally arrives by WhatsApp or email, and it is published on the client's own website at their instruction. We keep it for as long as we host that website. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for marketing.

4. Who else sees data

Only the suppliers strictly required to deliver the service: our web hosting provider, our domain registrar, and our email provider. No advertising networks, no data brokers.

5. Deleting your data

Email info@mawjood.website or send a WhatsApp message to +961 81 801 881 and ask us to delete your information. We will do it within 30 days and confirm when it is done.

For the Facebook app specifically: it holds no personal data about anyone other than our own Page administrator, so there is nothing stored to delete. Removing the app from the Page in Facebook settings immediately revokes all of its access.

6. Children

Our services are sold to businesses and are not directed at children.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and change the date at the top.

سياسة الخصوصية

تصمّم «موجود» مواقع إلكترونية من صفحة واحدة للأعمال الصغيرة في لبنان. توضّح هذه السياسة ما نفعله — وما لا نفعله في معظم الأحيان — بالمعلومات، وذلك في ثلاثة مجالات منفصلة: موقعنا، وتطبيقنا على فيسبوك، والعمل الذي ننجزه لعملائنا.

١. موقعنا (mawjood.website)

الموقع مجموعة صفحات ثابتة. لا حسابات، ولا تسجيل، ولا استمارات تواصل، ولا أدوات تحليل، ولا وحدات تتبّع إعلانية. ونحن لا نضع أي ملفات تعريف ارتباط خاصة بنا.

تحتفظ شركة الاستضافة بسجلات خادم اعتيادية — عنوان IP، والوقت، والصفحة المطلوبة، ونوع المتصفّح — لأغراض الأمان والموثوقية. ولا نستخدمها للتعرّف على أحد أو تصنيفه.
تفتح أزرار الموقع تطبيقات واتساب وفيسبوك وخرائط غوغل. وبمجرّد مغادرتك موقعنا تسري سياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بتلك الشركات.
تتضمّن صفحات النماذج إطار خرائط غوغل، وقد يضع ملفات تعريف ارتباط من غوغل عند تحميله.
تُحمَّل الخطوط من Google Fonts، وتتلقّى الخدمة عنوان IP الخاص بك أثناء ذلك.

٢. تطبيق «Mawjood Manager» على فيسبوك

لهذا التطبيق غرض واحد: تمكيننا من نشر المنشورات وإدارتها على صفحتنا نحن على فيسبوك. وهو غير متاح لأي جهة أخرى، ولا يتضمّن تسجيل دخول للعموم.

لا يجمع التطبيق أو يطلب أو يخزّن أو يعالج بيانات عن الزوّار أو المتابعين أو المعلّقين أو أي شخص غير مدير الصفحة نفسه.
يقرأ ويكتب محتوى صفحتنا فقط: المنشورات والصور وملف الصفحة.
رمز الوصول الذي يستخدمه محفوظ لدينا بشكل خاص ولا يُشارَك مع أحد.

٣. معلومات العملاء

حين يتعاقد معنا صاحب عمل، نجمع ما يلزم لبناء موقعه فحسب:

اسم العمل وعنوانه ورقم هاتفه وأوقات دوامه وخدماته وأسعاره
الصور والنصوص التي يرسلها إلينا

تصلنا هذه المعلومات عادةً عبر واتساب أو البريد الإلكتروني، وتُنشَر على موقع العميل نفسه بناءً على طلبه. ونحتفظ بها ما دمنا نستضيف ذلك الموقع. ولا نبيعها ولا نؤجّرها ولا نشاركها لأغراض تسويقية.

٤. من يطّلع على البيانات

الجهات الضرورية لتقديم الخدمة فقط: شركة الاستضافة، ومسجّل النطاقات، ومزوّد البريد الإلكتروني. لا شبكات إعلانية، ولا وسطاء بيانات.

٥. حذف بياناتك

راسلنا على info@mawjood.website أو عبر واتساب على +961 81 801 881 واطلب حذف معلوماتك. سننفّذ ذلك خلال ثلاثين يوماً ونؤكّد لك إتمامه.

أمّا بخصوص تطبيق فيسبوك تحديداً: فهو لا يحتفظ بأي بيانات شخصية عن أحد سوى مدير صفحتنا، أي لا يوجد ما يُحذف. وإزالة التطبيق من الصفحة في إعدادات فيسبوك تُلغي صلاحياته فوراً.

٦. الأطفال

خدماتنا موجّهة إلى أصحاب الأعمال، وليست موجّهة إلى الأطفال.

٧. التعديلات

إذا تغيّرت هذه السياسة، سنحدّث هذه الصفحة ونغيّر التاريخ المذكور في أعلاها.
